DMCA - Copyright Notice Procedure

Ltd., carrying on business as “..duo” and www.dotdotduo.com requires all Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) notices to be in writing and delivered via regular mail or fax in order to enable us to review and respond to your complaint as efficiently as possible while maintaining compliance with the DMCA. The full text of the DMCA is available from the United States Copyright Office website athttp://www.copyright.gov.


For a Copyright Notice to be valid under the DMCA, the complaining party must provide the detailed information outlined below. You should also be aware that, under the DMCA, you could be held liable for damages (including any costs and attorney's fees) if you materially misrepresent that a product, service, webpage or activity is infringing your copyright. "I certify, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive intellectual property right that is allegedly being infringed."
